Kyle leads Blue Ridge, building on 25+ years of leadership in SaaS-based B2B software companies. He came to Blue Ridge from NMI, where as President and CFO he led the payments platform through substantial organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Earlier roles at Accelerated Payment Technologies and Authorize.Net contributed to their growth across the payments and technology industries. Kyle has served on boards across payments, e-commerce, capital markets, supply chain, and retail. He's a licensed CPA and holds a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.

Matt leads Blue Ridge's revenue function with 18 years in enterprise SaaS, the last 12 at Plex and Rockwell Automation. His grounding in ERP, MES, QMS, and supply chain for manufacturing has produced significant value for mid-market and enterprise organizations. Before Blue Ridge, Matt served as Vice President of the Americas for Rockwell's enterprise software business. Across roles in North America and Latin America, he's focused on the mid-market, bringing a disciplined, methodical approach to sales leadership and a culture of collaboration, accountability, and teamwork.

Ken shapes Blue Ridge's product and strategy direction with a track record of solution innovation and ecosystem development across industries. He's built partner programs at Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software), led IoT and digital twin work at ParkourSC (formerly Cloudleaf), and run business operations for Sports, Entertainment, and Retail solutions at Cisco. Ken holds a BS in Business Management (Finance) and an MBA (Venture Capital, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy) from BYU, where he also captained the men's swim team.

Laura leads Talent and HR at Blue Ridge with 15+ years in talent acquisition and HR services, bringing a collaborative, consultative approach to recruiting, coaching, leadership, engagement, and talent selection. Her work centers on organizational growth and the culture that lets it scale. Laura holds a BS in Business Administration from Delaware Valley University.

David leads marketing, brand, and communications at Blue Ridge with 25+ years of experience building category leaders and scaling SaaS companies. Previously, David served as CMO at Earnix, Questback, and Longview Solutions, helping each expand market presence through brand transformation and data-driven marketing. Earlier, he led Brand and Digital Marketing at Nasdaq during its rise as a FinTech pioneer. David holds an MA from the University of Oregon and a BA from the College of Wooster.

Lia drives visibility, efficiency, and productivity across Blue Ridge's commercial teams as Chief of Staff and Head of Revenue Operations, building toward customer-base growth and customer-value expansion. Earlier, she advised Private Equity firms including TPG, focused on top-line growth across middle-market B2B SaaS in commercial operations: Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Channel, Product, and Pricing. She started her career at a supply chain-focused management consulting firm in NYC. Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, Lia is fluent in Georgian, Italian, and English; certified in JavaScript, Python, and Ruby; and holds a bachelor's in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.

Todd builds Blue Ridge's channel and partnership programs, drawing on 25 years scaling internet and SaaS companies as a go-to-market executive. With 15 years in supply chain, Todd has worked across risk management, logistics, and procurement SaaS, alongside GSIs and specialized integrators serving organizations from the largest global enterprises to the mid-market. Before Blue Ridge, Todd held leadership roles at Alloy.ai, HICX, Project44, Convey, and Dsco.io (now Radium). Based in Salt Lake City, he's a Hobart College graduate and serves on nonprofit boards focused on education and the arts.

Sam leads Blue Ridge's financial strategy, drawing on a career across high-growth SaaS companies from sub-$10M to $300M+ ARR. He came to Blue Ridge from DadeSystems (acquired by Versapay, a Great Hill Partners company), where he served as CFO. Earlier roles include VP Finance at Netsurion (Providence Strategic Growth), Director of Finance at Model N (NYSE: MODN), and FP&A leadership at Greenway Health (Vista Equity Partners). Sam started his career at PwC, holds an MBA from the University of Florida, and a bachelor's from the University of Michigan.

Matt brings 25 years of supply chain expertise to Blue Ridge customer success, helping enterprises transform planning operations through SaaS. He came to Blue Ridge from Trax Technologies, where he was COO of the Logistics Spend Management SaaS company. Earlier, he led Professional Services teams at E2open, enabling supply chain collaboration and control tower solutions for major manufacturers. The first decade of his career was at Accenture and PwC. Matt holds a BA from Cornell, an MBA from Rice, and a certification in Digital Supply Chain Transformation from MIT.

Judith leads Blue Ridge in Europe, overseeing operations across the region and expanding the company's footprint in supply chain planning. She brings deep experience in customer success, strategic business development, and complex sales across the Nordics, EMEA, and APAC. Before Blue Ridge, Judith held leadership roles at RELEX Solutions, Blue Yonder, and Symphony RetailAI – driving sales and customer success across the Nordics and broader European markets. She holds an MA in Diplomacy and Politics from the University of Nottingham and a law degree in European Legal Systems from the University of East Anglia.
