Blue Ridge Holds #1 Rank on G2's Fall 2026 Enterprise Relationship Index
Blue Ridge holds the #1 spot on G2's Enterprise Relationship Index for Supply Chain Planning. Again.
We earned that ranking this summer. G2's Fall 2026 reports are out, and we held it. No vendor input, no sponsored placement, just verified customers weighing in twice and landing on Blue Ridge both times.
A relationship score that held
Blue Ridge's Enterprise Relationship Score came in at 8.47 this season, the highest of every vendor G2 evaluated in the Supply Chain Planning category. The number is built from three underlying metrics, and on each one Blue Ridge scored well above the category average:
- 97% Ease of Doing Business With (category average: 89%)
- 94% Quality of Support (category average: 88%)
- 94% Likelihood to Recommend (category average: 87%)
Relationship scores measure what happens after the contract is signed: ease of doing business, quality of support, and whether customers would recommend the platform to a peer. Those are hard scores to win once and even harder to hold, because they depend on the people behind the software staying engaged quarter after quarter, not just closing the sale and moving on.
That's the job of our Strategic Success Practice, our team of supply chain practitioners who provide ongoing coaching rather than support tickets. One customer puts it simply: "We could not run our business without Blue Ridge." Holding the #1 spot for a second straight season, across customers spanning wine and spirits, consumer goods, and food and beverage, is a sign that the experience is consistent, not a one-time high point.
Recognized as a leader, twice over
G2's Fall 2026 reports named Blue Ridge a Leader in the Supply Chain Planning Grid, the Enterprise Supply Chain Planning Grid, and the Demand Planning Grid. We were also named a Momentum Leader in both the Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning Momentum Grids, alongside the #1 Enterprise Relationship ranking. Six recognitions in total, spanning the two categories.
The Demand Planning Grid results tell a particularly strong story on their own: 99% of Blue Ridge users rated the platform 4 or 5 stars, 95% said it's headed in the right direction, and 93% would recommend it, with 94% Ease of Doing Business With and 93% Quality of Support. That's not one strong metric carrying the whole story. It's recognition that shows up in the day-to-day experience customers describe: "Blue Ridge gives us a one-stop shop for all of our inventory management needs – statistical demand planning, collaborative consensus forecasting with sales and merchandising, visibility to future purchases and inventory, and replenishment execution."
A smooth go-live, and customers are saying so
Implementation is where a lot of planning software promises fall apart. A platform can look great in a demo and still take months longer than expected to go live, or ask customers to reshape their operation around the tool instead of the other way around. G2 reviewers describe a different experience with Blue Ridge: "Our implementation process with Blue Ridge and my company's IT support team was seamless while customer support is available and responds quickly." Another reviewer noted, "Blue Ridge has a straightforward implementation roadmap. The software is designed to be flexible with what data is required and how the data can be used."
What this means if you're evaluating planning software
During a sales process, every vendor will tell you the implementation is smooth and the support team is responsive. The question is what happens after the contract is signed, when your team is depending on the platform to make real decisions and there's no sales rep in the room anymore.
G2 reviews are one of the few sources that answer that question from the other side of the relationship. Two consecutive seasons at #1 in Enterprise Relationship, six Leader and Momentum Leader recognitions, and a rising Implementation score all point in the same direction: what customers say about working with Blue Ridge holds up over time.
